Bank BCA Internet Banking

1. Access to Bank BCA websitewww.klikbca.com, then click login
2. Enter user id and password
3. Select PAYMENT menu
4. Select the INSURANCE menu
5. Choose ALLIANZ ,
6. Enter the payment code followed by No. SPAJ/No. Police
7. Payment Code according to payment type:
   101: First Premium
   102: Renewal/Continuation Premium/premium before maturity(Advance)
   103: Recovery Premium (specifically for automatic recovery/Auto Reinstatement )
   104: Top Up Single (TUPS)
   105: Policy Change
   106: Policy Reprint Fee
8. Enter the payment amount according to what is shown on the screen
9. Confirm payment
10. Input KeyBCA APPLI 1 response

Bank Mandiri Internet Banking

Bank Mandiri (Continuation Premium)

1. Access to the Bank Mandiri website, namely www.bankmandiri.co.id, then click LOGIN
2. Enter User ID and Password
3. After entering the main menu, select the PAY menu
4. Select the INSURANCE menu
5. In Service Provider, select ALLIANZ LIFE RENEWAL
6. Enter the Policy Number to be paid, then the screen will automatically display:
   Policy Number, Policy Holder Name, Due Date and Billing Amount
   Then tick in the PAYMENT column, then press CONTINUE< /li>

Bank Mandiri (Non Advanced Premium)

1. Access to the Bank Mandiri website www.bankmandiri.co.id, then click login
2. Enter user id and password
3. After entering the Main Menu, select the PAY menu
4. Then select the INSURANCE sub menu
5. Select the account number to be debited
6. For service providers, select Allianz Life Indonesia
7. Enter Policy Number/Reference Number and Mobile Number (mandatory)
   The amount of premium to be paid. Then click CONTINUE
8. Make sure that 1 transaction is only valid for 1 Policy or 1 SPAJ
   Non Continuation Premium is First Premium, Recovery Premium, Change Premium and Top Up Premium
