Through Bank Permata Virtual Account: specifically for payment of renewal/continuation premiums Interbank transfer to PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia as follows:

(Bank Permata Virtual Account Number, consisting of 16 digits)

Transfer via ATM Bersama to PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia as follows:

  1. Enter your password
  2. Select the type of transaction (TRANSFER)
  3. Choose Transfer to an ATM Bersama/Other Bank bank.
  4. Enter the transfer destination account number (digit bank code + destination account number), namely:
    013 + Bank Permata Virtual Account number
    Example: 013 8801000101234567)
  5. Enter the premium amount to be paid
  6. Clear your transfer reference number
  7. Confirmation will display transaction data to be processed
  8. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies to 1 Policy

VA Bank HSBC

Through the HSBC Virtual Account for First premium (NewBusiness) and Continuation premium (renewal), the customer must:

(HSBC Virtual Account Number consists of 16 digits)

Transfer via ATM Bersama to PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia as follows:

  1. Enter your password
  2. Select the type of transaction (TRANSFER)
  3. Choose Transfer to an ATM Bersama/Other Bank bank.
  4. Enter the transfer destination account number (digit bank code + destination account number), namely:
    087 + HSBC Virtual Account number
    Example: 087 8711005001234567
  5. Enter the premium amount to be paid
  6. Clear your transfer reference number
  7. Confirmation will display transaction data to be processed
  8. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies to 1 Policy or 1 SPAJ

Requirements for joint ATM transactions:

  1. Have an account at a joint ATM bank member
  2. Have an ATM card with a joint ATM bank member
  3. Shared ATM fee 5,000.- specifically for HSBC ATM card holders and some local banks, no transfer fee will be charged
  4. Unique account number for each policy (one account number is valid for one policy)

VA Bank BCA

Through the BCA Virtual Account only specifically for payment of Renewal / Continuation premiums, Through Cash Deposits via BCA Tellers the customer is required to do:

  1. Include the destination account number for BCA Virtual Account a/n PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia on the deposit slip. Example: 9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)
  2. Fill in the premium amount to be paid
  3. Make sure that 1 transaction is only valid for 1 number. Police.

 

Through BCA ATM customers are required to:

  1. Choose the TRANSFER Menu instead of the Payment Menu
  2. Enter the destination account number for the BCA Virtual Account. Example: 9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)
  3. Enter the premium amount to be paid
  4. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies to 1 Policy

 

By interbank transfer to PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia as follows:
Recipient : PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia
Recipient Bank : Bank BCA Kuningan Jakarta Cab
Account No. Recipient : (example 9xxxxxxxxx). (VA number and required 10 digits)

 

Through ATM Joint Transfer to PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia as follows:

  1. Enter your password
  2. Select the type of TRANSFER transaction
  3. Choose Transfer to an ATM Bersama/Other Bank bank.
  4. Enter the transfer destination account number (digit bank code + destination account number)
    BCA Bank Code 014
    Example: 014 9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)
  5. Enter the premium amount to be paid
  6. Clear your transfer reference number
  7. Confirmation will display transaction data to be processed
  8. Make sure that 1 transaction is only valid for1 Policy

 

Through Bank BCA Internet Banking customers are required to do:

  1. Access to Bank BCA websitewww.klikbca.com, then click login
  2. Enter user id and password
  3. Select Menu FUND TRANSFER
  4. Choose Menu, List of Destination Accounts
  5. Select BCA Account
  6. On Menu NO. DESTINATION ACCOUNT then Enter No.BCA Virtual Account and save Example : 9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)
  7. Next, select the sub menu TRANSFER TO BCA ACCOUNT
  8. Then Select Menu  FROM TRANSFER LIST
  9. In the Payment Amount Menu, enter Amount of Premiumto be paid.
  10. After that a confirmation screen will appear.

How do I find out my premium payment account number

Information no. You can find the premium payment account (Virtual Account no.) and the transfer destination bank in the Due Date Notice sent every month to your email or postal address. This information can also be accessed via the Allianz eAZy Connect customer portal in the payment information section

For convenience in paying premiums, Allianz provides a variety of payment methods that you can choose from, such as:
•   Allianz eAZy Payment
•   auto debit savings account/credit card
•  Real time payments via ATM/ BCA and Mandiri Mobile Banking/Internet Banking
•   Real time payments through Indomaret outlets/POS Offices/Pawnshops
