Provisions for Alternative Inpatient Care
This benefit only applies to claims and treatments that occur in Indonesia.
This benefit is filled only when it occurs:
- National Emergency; or
- When the Hospital is unable to accept the Insured due to capacity issues and Home Treatment is recommended in writing by the Hospital as the best alternative for the Insured in the medical condition at that time.
Home treatment requires prior authorization and approval by Allianz.
This benefit will reimburse the costs charged by the Hospital, up to the maximum benefit limit and will not exceed the equivalent Reasonable Fee for similar treatment performed at the Hospital for Medically Necessary Health Services.
This benefit covers: Nurse and/or Doctor, diagnostic tests, medication prescribed and actions and care provided by a Doctor registered at the Hospital who also recommends Alternative Inpatient Treatment, Cost of After Hospitalization Treatment, Outpatient Physiotherapy Treatment , and Advanced Rehabilitation.
This benefit does not cover the cost of renting a bed or lodging
