Entrance age for Hospital & Surgical Care+ 1 month - 60 Years (nearest birthday).
The coverage period of the insurance policy holder is up to the age of the insured reaching 70 years (nearest birthday).
Currency: Rupiah (IDR) and only applies to Basic Insurance Policy is Rupiah.
How & Premium Payment Period: Following the Basic Policy.
