Cash deposit payment

Through Bank BCA - OPC (Open Payment Counter)

  • Include the account number destination: 217-301985-8 a/n PT. ASIANZ Allianz Life Indonesia on the deposit slip
  • Fill in the policy number / reference number in the deposit slip (mandatory)
  • Filling the amount of premium to be paid
  • Make sure that 1 transaction is only valid for 1 policy or 1 spaj

Through Bank Mandiri (Advanced Premium)

  • In the deposit slip in the recipient's name column, fill in the Allianz Life Renewal (23887)
  • The account number column does not need to be filled (emptied)
  • Bank Column Filled with Bank Mandiri
  • The purpose/transaction description column, include No. Your policy (mandatory)
  • Fill in the name, address, and no. Telephone depositor
  • Filling the number of premiums paid

Bank Mandiri (Non -Advanced Premium)

1. At the deposit slip in the recipient's name column Fill in PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia (23888)
2. The account number column does not need to be filled in (emptied)
3. Bank column filled with Bank Mandiri
4. The purpose/transaction description column, include No. Policy (mandatory)
5. Fill in the name, address & amp; No. Tel Pintor
6. Filling the number of premiums paid non -advanced premiums is the first premium, recovery premium, change premiums and top up premiums.

For Payment of Sharia Policy

Bank Syariah Mandiri:
Through Teller Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM)

On the Slip Pay Bill LEEP:

  • Customer Name: Name of Policy Holder or Prospective Policy Holder
  • Bill Number: Policy Number/Reference Number (New Business)
  • Type of Bill: premium PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia
  • Large shipment: The amount of premium to be paid (only rupiah)

Note: There is no fee charged by the customer, BSM cannot receive payment / transfer from other banks. The customer does not need to include the Allianz account number

 

Note:
For payments through Bank Mandiri /BCA Customers are not charged 5,000.-. Payment through Bank Mandiri/BCA can only be done through cash deposits, entry transfers, and use of Bank Mandiri/BCA check/bilyet. Transactions or transfers can only be done by fellow Bank Mandiri/BCA.
