The provisions of the Allianz Hospital Assistant
- Applies to Individual Allianz (Stand Alone and Rider) Health Insurance Customers with Active Policies and is Being Hospitalized.
- Apply at the Hospital/Clinic of the Allianz-Admedika Network.
- AHA Service is done by telephone or sms to the customer's telephone number or guardian of customers who are registered at the time of inpatient registration.
Allianz Hospital Assistant Service
- Assistance in the patient or patient's family is done by cell phone.
- Information assistance in the inpatient administration process starts since the customer is hospitalized until the inpatient period ends.
- Administrative service 24 hours during the treatment period where customers or guardians of customers can contact the Allianz Hospital Assistant (including emergencies).
